Oh god. I just quit my job so I could spend the next year at home with my 3.5 year old before she goes off to school and is a big kid. Finally in a financial position that I can do this. I have a week old baby and she goes to sleep on her own in her Moses basket during the day with no issues. However, when it comes to doing the same in her cot at night she just won’t settle until 5am at the earliest. We’ll put her down and she wakes almost immediately and won’t settle until she’s held.
